At Thea Career Inc, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational content and support. Please review this policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.

1. Beta Version Courses (No Refunds)

Courses offered during the beta version phase are provided at a reduced rate for testing and feedback purposes.
No refunds will be issued for beta version enrollments.

2. Refund Eligibility for Full Version Courses

After the official course launch (full version), students may request a refund within 7 calendar days of enrollment, subject to the conditions below:

  • Full Refund: If less than 20% of the total course content has been accessed.
  • Partial Refund: If between 20% and 50% of the total course content has been accessed.
  • No Refund: If 50% or more of the course content has been accessed, or if the request is made after 7 days from enrollment.

How Course Consumption Is Measured

Course consumption is automatically tracked within the learning platform and may include:

  • Percentage of video lessons viewed or streamed,
  • Completion of quizzes, assignments, or modules, and
  • Time spent within the course interface.

The highest recorded consumption metric (e.g., videos viewed or modules completed) will be used to determine refund eligibility.

Time and Progress Thresholds

Both time and progress conditions must be met for a refund:

  • Refunds are not granted if a student passes the 7-day window, regardless of completion percentage.
  • Refunds are not granted if a student completes 50% or more of the course, even within the 7-day window.

3. Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted via our ticketing system within the platform.

  • Our team will review each request within 1 business day (SLA).
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

4. Fraud and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if fraudulent, abusive, or dishonest activity is detected. Examples include (but are not limited to):

  • Accessing or downloading a substantial portion of course materials prior to requesting a refund.
  • Sharing account credentials with others.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass refund limits or trial periods.
  • Submitting false or manipulated information during the refund request process.

In such cases, Thea Career Inc. may suspend or terminate the user’s account without further notice.

5. Student Support

We are committed to providing responsive and transparent support.

  • Support Channel: Ticketing system within the platform.
  • Response Time (SLA): 1 business day.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Courses purchased during the beta version phase.
  • Students who have accessed 50% or more of the course content.
  • Refund requests submitted beyond 7 days from enrollment.
